My first post

I would like to introduce myself. I am a budding essay writer.

I am confident in giving my opinions and sharing my thoughts particularly in the field of Economics.

I will begin with writing essays at O levels, progressing to A levels, Bachelors level and proceeding on to Postgraduate level economics essays.

What I wish to accomplish in the short term:

• 1 timed essay a day

What I wish to accomplish in the long term:

• Being able to apply Economics concepts to current news and create awareness to readers.

There are several areas in the field of Economics that I would like to learn more about and they are: 

• Development Economics, 
• Environmental Economics, 
• Labour Economics, 
• Health Economics and 
• Behavioral Economics 

These are 5 specialised areas that I will be delving in to be able to ascertain the area of most interest to me. It is a journey that will include writing essays, linking relevant materials to this site and being up to date about the latest research, books and news.

I have some goals in my bucket list which I would like to complete 

By the end of the month:

- Review all economics modules that I have taken

- Rearrange my notes together and make a master book

- Learn R program

2021 Update

I have since graduated with my Bachelors, currently transitioning to a new role. Having more free time, cleaning my laptop, I found this post from 5 years ago! This is something I was so hyped up to do back then. If I recall right, it was close to exam period and I wanted to be the Subject Matter Expert by the time I entered the exam hall :P
